Our sauces, mayonnaise, jams etc are prepared on the premises which gives off flavours to the food like your grandmother used to make.
After you try our homemade hollandaise, pesto, mornay, aioli or our hand beaten egg mayonnaise you soon realise that the taste of yesteryear is captured in every mouthful.
For our vegetarians we carefully choose our produce & slow roast our vegetables to retain the flavours of the earth.
